Harper Planning Consultants have been instructed to submit an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate against the failure of Lewisham Council to determine an application for the redevelopment of a site in Catford. The scheme by Bolans Architects comprises a four-storey residential building adjacent to Ladywells Recreation Ground. Issues addressed in our appeal statement include scale and massing, detailed design and impact on Ravensbourne Park, which is designated as Metropolitan Open Land.
