Harper Planning Consultants have been working closely with MAA Architects to bring forward a scheme for residential redevelopment of Surbiton Health Centre, including the refurbishment of a Building of Townscape Merit and three new residential blocks, within the Oak Hill Conservation Area in Surbiton.
We have managed the pre-application submission process and community engagement and to date we have received positive feedback to the pre-application scheme from both planning officers and local residents. We look forward to completing the application documents for formal submission this summer.
