Robin Harper recently gave evidence at a 3-day public inquiry into proposals for mixed redevelopment on a key regeneration site in Feltham town centre.
Harper Planning Consultants acted as planning agents for the site owners throughout the application process, managing the appeal submission on their behalf. We instructed Counsel under the direct professional access scheme and Robin provided compelling evidence to the inquiry as the appellants’ “expert witness” on planning, design and heritage issues.
